Louis Vuitton is hiring a full-time Client Advisor in Washington D.C. — hourly pay $20–$27 plus commission, benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering bespoke, high‑touch service and tailoring the in-store experience to each client
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, relationship cultivation and consultative selling
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems
- Acquire and maintain deep brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately
- Collaborate with the retail team to support store initiatives, visual standards and a seamless client journey
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury or high‑end retail
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client-centred orientation
- Right to work in the United States

Minimum three years of customer-facing experience; previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury environment, though strong performance in other client-centric sectors will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is an advantage.
