Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for store results
- Welcome every client and deliver the Louis Vuitton promise of exceptional client experience
- Advise clients across the entire brand portfolio and product categories with expert knowledge
- Engage with clients proactively to develop long-term relationships using clienteling tools and CRM practices
- Perform as a committed team player, participating in all store activities that contribute to overall business objectives
- Master and continuously develop brand and product knowledge
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in personal grooming, presentation, and professional behavior
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

- Passion for luxury fashion and client-centric service
- Proactive commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment

Experience
Entry-level or beginner retail experience preferred but not required; strong service orientation and commercial drive are essential.
Education
