Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards for every visitor to the Warsaw store.
- Proactively identify client needs, advise across product categories and foster long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Drive individual and store sales objectives, contributing to team targets and planned commercial activities.
- Participate fully as a team player in store operations and events, and support colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date brand and product knowledge and adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Available to work on Saturdays (part‑time: single 8‑hour shift) — availability is essential.
- Fluent in Polish and strong command of English.
- Commercially driven, proactive and service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
- Professional presentation and adherence to Louis Vuitton grooming and conduct expectations; collaborative team mindset.

Entry‑level. No minimum prior experience required; previous retail or luxury sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
