Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for sales results and performance metrics.
  • Welcome every client and provide tailored advice across all product categories.
  • Proactively engage and cultivate long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach strategies to foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate as an active team player and participate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
  • Acquire and maintain deep brand and product knowledge to advise clients accurately.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, presentation and behavioural standards and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury goods and commitment to outstanding client experiences.
  • Commercially driven and proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and maintain poise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised and professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent command of Polish and strong command of English.

Experience

Entry‑level candidate with enthusiasm for luxury retail; prior retail or customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable interest in achieving commercial targets and developing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma (secondary education) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury goods is a plus.
