Client Advisor position at Louis Vuitton in Wailea, Maui. Full-time luxury retail role with $23–$27/hr base plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales goals whilst maintaining brand standards
- Master comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all categories
- Provide personalized advisory services to clients across the complete product range
- Leverage clienteling systems and tools to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver consultative selling approach aligned with luxury retail standards
- Contribute to team performance and store objectives through strategic commercial mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
- Proven ability to thrive in a customer-centric environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated sales acumen with strategic and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and clienteling platforms
