Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver online client consultation and personalized product recommendations using advanced digital tools including video conferencing and live-stream presentations, embodying Louis Vuitton's brand universe and product excellence
- Acquire and nurture clients through diverse digital platforms, creating compelling virtual experiences that align with individual lifestyle needs and preferences
- Coordinate with physical retail and customer service teams to facilitate seamless 1:1 client appointments across both virtual and in-store settings
- Execute collaborative initiatives ('One to Few' campaigns) with retail partners to drive store-level sales and enhance brand engagement
- Demonstrate accountability and initiative in achieving team targets, fostering a culture of mutual respect and excellence within the Virtual Studio
Qualifications
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep understanding of the brand's universe and product heritage
- Exceptional digital literacy with demonstrated ability to master video consultation platforms and multimedia content distribution tools
- Proven experience with video communication or client-facing digital engagement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in luxury retail, apparel, or watches and fine jewelry sectors (preferred)
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across distributed teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury retail, apparel, or watches and fine jewellery client advisory roles. Prior experience with video-based client communication or digital sales engagement is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is beneficial.
