Louis Vuitton Verona — Client Advisor (seasonal contract). Represent the maison in Verona and deliver exceptional clienteling to achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives, contributing to team targets through proactive outreach and client follow-up.
  • Identify client needs and advise on the full range of Louis Vuitton products, guiding purchase decisions with authoritative product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Participate actively in boutique activities and teamwork that support overall commercial goals and operational excellence.
  • Adhere to brand grooming, behaviour and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with proven clienteling success.
  • Demonstrable commercial mindset with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and teamwork aptitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and during peak retail periods.
  • Proficiency in English (B2); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and comfort using retail IT systems.

Experience
