Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, Venice | Seasonal Part-Time Retail Position
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for sales results
- Welcome every client and deliver premium client experience consistent with brand standards
- Support clients in purchasing across the full Louis Vuitton product range
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM systems to strengthen brand loyalty
- Contribute actively to teamwork and participate in all boutique activities aligned with strategic goals
- Master brand heritage and develop comprehensive product knowledge
- Maintain Louis Vuitton brand standards with respect to personal grooming, presentation, and professional conduct
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience
- Demonstrated clienteling expertise and proven ability to build client loyalty
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher; additional languages preferred
- Competency with Excel and IT systems
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
