Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Proactively identify client needs and convert opportunities through consultative selling and personalised recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store commercial objectives, participating in an uncapped commission program.
- Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate client records.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections; communicate craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
- Support daily store operations, visual standards and merchandising to ensure brand presentation and client experience are upheld.
- Participate in brand training, development programmes and team meetings; work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods (November–December).
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail or a highly client-centric sales environment, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth or international clients.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; strong emotional intelligence.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and the November–December holiday season.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles, with documented success in achieving sales targets and developing client portfolios.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion, business or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 25 per hour.
