Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, creating memorable experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, cross-selling and strategic client engagement.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless client journey and support store merchandising and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail (or a demonstrable track record in a customer-centric environment).
- Proven commercial orientation with a strong sales mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally with prior retail experience in a luxury or high-end market; candidates with strong customer-centric backgrounds will also be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
