Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultative selling and personalized advisory services to diverse, high-net-worth clientele, transcending transactional retail to forge meaningful relationships
  • Drive sales performance through strategic product knowledge, client preference analysis, and tailored recommendations aligned with individual style and needs
  • Maintain meticulous client records and leverage CRM systems to ensure continuity of service and anticipate future purchasing opportunities
  • Contribute to visual merchandising excellence and maintain store presentation standards that reflect the brand's exacting aesthetic
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets whilst fostering a supportive, high-performance retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of documented experience in luxury or client-centric retail environments
