Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, highly personalized client experiences to a discerning and international clientele.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through a strategic sales approach, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across Fashion & Leather Goods to advise clients and present merchandise with brand-aligned standards.
- Support visual presentation and merchandising to ensure the boutique environment reflects brand aesthetics and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with the store team to share market insights, contribute to client strategies and maintain operational excellence.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and the November–December holiday period to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail or a client-facing, high-end sales environment.
- Proven commercial track record with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Elevated interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage an international clientele.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Eligible to work in Canada.

Minimum 5 years of progressive, client-facing experience in luxury retail or customer service with a proven sales record.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in retail, fashion, business or hospitality preferred.
