Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, exceptional client experience through authentic engagement and Maison storytelling.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge across all categories.
- Prospect, nurture and grow long‑term client relationships using clienteling and CRM tools.
- Advise clients across the full product assortment and personalise recommendations to their needs.
- Adapt to shifting priorities on the sales floor while maintaining boutique standards and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of client‑facing retail experience; experience in luxury or high‑end retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer‑centric environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude for building lasting client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.

Education
