Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in The Woodlands, Texas — full-time retail role delivering luxury client experiences at the Woodlands store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, exceptional client experiences that build trust and long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and follow-up.
- Demonstrate and continuously expand comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all categories.
- Advise clients across the full product assortment, tailoring recommendations to client preferences and lifestyles.
- Leverage clienteling and CRM tools to develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio and execute targeted outreach.
- Articulate Maison storytelling and product DNA to enhance client engagement and elevate the in-store experience.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate closely with store colleagues to optimise service and merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity when serving an international clientele.
- Eagerness to learn, coachability and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced boutique setting.
