Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by understanding and anticipating clients' needs and preferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all client interactions reflect Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through strategic engagement, upselling and long‑term relationship building.
- Master product knowledge across fashion and leather goods to provide tailored advice and cross‑category recommendations.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to maintain accurate client records, execute personalised follow‑ups and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to sustain a dynamic, service‑oriented retail environment and support merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail, ideally within the high‑end or luxury sector; alternatively proven experience in a customer‑centric environment.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments, with proven sales achievement.
Education
