Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Taichung, Taiwan. Deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales through consultative service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales performance
- Welcome and engage all clients, delivering premium customer service, comprehensive product knowledge, and expert consultation
- Identify client needs and preferences, guiding them through the brand's full range of collections and services
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, reinforcing confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services
- Proactively reach out to clients to support achievement of personal and team objectives
- Collaborate as an engaged team member in all activities contributing to overall store performance
- Continuously develop and master brand heritage, product collections, and category expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or consultative sales experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Deep product knowledge and ability to communicate brand values and heritage
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor with curiosity and empathy
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer advisory, or premium sales environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional professional retail or hospitality certification is advantageous.
