Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton’s standards and storytelling.
- Act as a brand ambassador by presenting product knowledge and communicating the maison’s heritage and craftsmanship.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships through proactive clientelling, follow-up and personalised service.
- Drive commercial performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs, including conversion and average transaction value.
- Uphold boutique operational standards: visual presentation, grooming, stock handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage client records and deliver after‑sales service to preserve client loyalty.
- Participate in training, team briefings and collaborative initiatives to support a high-performing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in luxury retail, premium hospitality or a high-end service environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; polished personal presentation.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with variable hours (including airport shift patterns).
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Multilingual ability and strong digital literacy are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of client-facing experience, with demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives. Prior exposure to luxury retail or premium hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline is desirable but not required.
