Louis Vuitton Sydney is hiring full-time Client Advisors (permanent) to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences across multiple Sydney locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver distinctive, personalised client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton standards of service and hospitality.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and sustained follow-up.
- Drive commercial performance by achieving individual and store sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across fashion and leather goods and communicate product provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
- Ensure exemplary presentation and visual standards of the sales floor, merchandise and stockroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support store initiatives, shifts and team performance objectives.
- Participate in Maison training programmes and adopt continuous professional development to refine selling skills and luxury service delivery.
Qualifications
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop client relationships
- Comfort operating in a high‑performance, fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in luxury, premium retail or hospitality preferred but not mandatory

Experience
Entry-level. Suitable for candidates new to luxury retail; previous experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage and will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous but not required.
