Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Suzhou, China — full‑time luxury retail role driving sales and clienteling for Fashion & Leather Goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise through impeccable client service and professional presentation.
- Drive individual and team sales targets through proactive client prospecting, outreach and relationship management.
- Advise clients across the full product range (apparel, leather goods, footwear, watches) and provide personalised styling recommendations.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM practices to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute as a team player to store operations, visual standards and initiatives that support overall store objectives.
- Acquire and maintain thorough brand and product knowledge; comply with company policies, procedures and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (full‑time diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ experience in boutique retail or a related customer‑facing service role.
- Preferable background in high‑end apparel, footwear or watch categories.
- Proactive sales orientation with demonstrated service skills and commercial awareness.
- Diligent work ethic, eagerness to learn and strong team collaboration.
- Standard Mandarin required; conversational English preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clienteling/CRM tools.

Experience
At least two years of hands‑on experience in boutique or luxury retail or another client‑facing service environment; candidates with prior exposure to high‑end apparel, footwear or watches are preferred.
Education
Associate degree (full‑time diploma) or higher.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CNY 6,000 per month.
