Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follow the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college diploma or higher education level.

Skills

Proactive sales awareness and service skills. Diligent, eager to learn, and possessing a strong team spirit. Proficiency in Mandarin, with conversational English being an advantage. Basic computer operation skills.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry. Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watch products is preferred.

Education

Full-time college diploma or higher.
