Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Surfers Paradise, Australia (Pacific Fair). On-site, full-time retail role focused on luxury clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton’s heritage and product mastery.
- Act as a brand ambassador: present product stories, heritage and craftsmanship with confidence and authenticity.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Utilise digital tools and in‑store CRM to manage client records, appointments and communications.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and merchandising standards appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and support store operations as needed (stock, visual standards, events).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience; preferably in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or similar high‑end service environments.
- Proven sales performance with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills; able to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Strong clienteling capability and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Resilience under pressure, adaptability and a collaborative team orientation.
- Digital awareness — comfortable using CRM, appointment tools and social selling techniques.
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional demeanour.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience, preferably within luxury retail or high‑end hospitality, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in retail, sales, hospitality or fashion is desirable.
