Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor / Stock Support in Warsaw, Poland for a part-time, on-site role combining retail operations and client service expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain well-organized stockrooms for both products and packaging while ensuring precise inventory accuracy
- Manage incoming deliveries and replenish stock swiftly to maximize product availability on the sales floor
- Communicate new stock arrivals and collaborate with Supply Chain teams to anticipate and fulfill client needs
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently to maintain operational integrity
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional Louis Vuitton client experience
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through strategic use of clienteling tools and personalized engagement
- Operate as an effective team player and provide comprehensive support across store operations
- Develop and demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge across the Louis Vuitton portfolio
- Adhere rigorously to Louis Vuitton standards, policies, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, stock management, or client-facing roles
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software systems and Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and commercially-minded with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated team player with strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Fluent in English and Polish or other local languages
