Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand promise and elevates the customer experience
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and KPIs through proactive prospecting, client engagement and advisory selling
- Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of the Brand, seasonal collections and product categories to advise clients across leather goods, accessories and ready‑to‑wear
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems to build and nurture long‑term client relationships and maintain accurate client records
- Support day‑to‑day store operations including floor readiness, basic merchandising standards and sales administration
- Participate in training programmes and coach peers to continuously improve commercial performance and client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or high‑end retail strongly preferred
- Demonstrable success meeting sales targets and delivering consultative, relationship‑based service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour
- Comfortable using clienteling/CRM systems and able to maintain accurate administrative records
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
