Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor (full-time) in Skokie, United States — deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales at Louis Vuitton Old Orchard.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering tailored, high-touch client experiences that reflect the maison’s promise.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives by proactively engaging clients and converting opportunities across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to track preferences, follow-ups and purchases.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge to advise clients across leather goods, accessories and related categories.
- Collaborate with the store team to support merchandising, stock rotation and flawless in-store service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred.
- Proven sales record and demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a consultative, client-first approach.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Professional demeanor, discretion handling high-net-worth clients and strong organisation for follow-up and clienteling.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing experience; experience within the luxury or high-end market is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail or a related field preferred but not required.
