Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming store customers and communicating Louis Vuitton's values, heritage, and brand narrative to ensure an elevated customer experience
- Provide expert product consultation grounded in comprehensive knowledge of the collection, identifying and recommending items tailored to individual customer preferences
- Convert prospective customers into loyal clients and maintain consistent engagement with VIP clientele to strengthen brand loyalty and drive repeat business
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to support the customer journey and contribute to a cohesive store environment
