Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering elevated, personalized service to a global and diverse clientele; tailor the in-store experience to client preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and appropriate product recommendations across categories.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using the maison’s clienteling tools and CRM systems; conduct proactive follow-up and outreach.
- Master and communicate product and brand knowledge across fashion and leather goods to advise clients confidently.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards in store and ensure a refined presentation consistent with brand expectations.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to share market intelligence, support team performance and participate in in-store training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience; prior experience in high-end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial track record with demonstrable sales results and client development capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn product ranges quickly and convey luxury craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings; legally authorized to work in the United States.
