Louis Vuitton seeks a Part‑Time Client Advisor in San Francisco (Union Square) to deliver luxury clienteling and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience to clients in accordance with the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives and contribute to team performance.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge across all categories.
- Advise clients across the full product assortment and tailor recommendations to client tastes and lifestyles.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain elevated presentation and operational standards on the sales floor.
- Process transactions, manage client appointments and coordinate follow-up to maximise conversion and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer‑facing or retail experience; prior experience in high‑end or luxury retail preferred.
- Demonstrable sales track record with strong commercial acumen and target orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, advisory approach to clients.
- Capacity to work a flexible, part‑time schedule including weekends and evenings as required.
- Professional appearance and comportment consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing or retail experience; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary study in business, fashion, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
