Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury service to each client and uphold the Louis Vuitton brand promise at all times.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through a strategic, consultative approach to client conversations.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems to record preferences and follow up.
- Master product and brand knowledge across all categories to provide informed advice and tailored recommendations.
- Advise clients across the full product range and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to store standards including visual presentation, stock management and merchandising as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share market intelligence and drive team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience; prior experience in retail or luxury environments strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and cultivating high-value client relationships.
- Customer-centric orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Education
