Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional, personalised service and memorable client experiences in-store.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting, clienteling and consultative selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Master product and brand knowledge across categories to advise clients and drive cross-category sales.
- Execute store operational tasks including POS transactions, client records maintenance, and adherence to visual and service standards.
- Contribute to team performance through collaboration, knowledge sharing and a commercial mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Comfortable using CRM/clienteling platforms and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior exposure to high-end or luxury environments strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, business or a related discipline is a plus.
