Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering an impeccable client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalized advice and consultative selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Maintain deep brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing or retail experience; luxury or high-end retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a customer-centric environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, advisory approach to selling.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable using clienteling/CRM tools and committed to learning proprietary systems.

Education
