Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for sales results and performance targets.
- Welcome every client and deliver a personalised, elevated client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Engage proactively to build long-term client relationships, using clienteling tools and follow-up outside the boutique.
- Collaborate as a team player and participate in all store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
- Adhere to brand grooming, behaviour and visual standards at all times.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and/or Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Curiosity, empathy and the agility to manage fast-paced retail situations.
- Professional demeanour, responsibility and ownership of tasks and results.
- Willingness to work on-site for a temporary summer contract and to adapt to retail hours.

Experience
Entry-level: previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is a plus but not mandatory; openness to learn and embed brand culture is essential.
Education
Higher education in sales, marketing, tourism or equivalent is valued but not required.
