Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor (Russian/Chinese) in Istanbul for a temporary summer contract, delivering exceptional luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for sales results.
- Welcome every client and deliver a personalised, exceptional luxury experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with product expertise and style guidance.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and proactive outreach.
- Participate as a collaborative team player in store activities contributing to overall objectives.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge to support client advisory.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, behavioural and service standards at all times.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and/or Chinese (spoken fluency required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills: curiosity, empathy and a customer-centric attitude.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs and convert opportunities.
- Professional presentation and conduct consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Capacity to work on-site full time for a temporary summer contract period.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Post-secondary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are a plus but not required.
