Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Rotterdam — full-time, on-site role delivering exceptional luxury client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and deliver a superior, personalised client experience at every interaction.
- Advise clients across the brand’s full product assortment and product categories.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by proactively using clienteling tools and CRM methods.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Collaborate as a committed team member in daily store operations and commercial initiatives.
- Acquire, maintain and demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrable passion for the brand, professional demeanour and strong team spirit.
- Proven responsibility and ownership for commercial targets and client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and discretion.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques, with a proven commercial track record meeting individual sales targets and building high-value client relationships.
Education
Secondary education or vocational diploma (e.g., MBO) or equivalent; formal qualifications in retail, luxury or hospitality are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
