Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and deliver an impeccable, personalised luxury retail experience consistent with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Advise customers across the brand and product categories, guiding purchase decisions and presenting the full breadth of the collection.
- Engage proactively with clients to develop long-term relationships, using clienteling tools and follow-up activities to foster loyalty.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; take ownership of personal sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate as a team player in store operations and participate in events and initiatives that support the store’s commercial goals.
- Acquire and maintain deep brand and product knowledge to ensure authoritative client advice and accurate presentation of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and luxury fashion.
- Professional demeanour with strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrable sense of responsibility, autonomy and ownership for sales outcomes.
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is advantageous.
