Louis Vuitton in Rome seeks a full-time Client Advisor — on-site role delivering exceptional clienteling, sales and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience from first contact through purchase and aftercare
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives and contribute to team targets
- Welcome clients, qualify needs, and advise across the full range of Louis Vuitton products
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Participate in boutique activities and team initiatives that support overall commercial goals
- Acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge and brand mastery
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming, presentation and behavioural standards
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and loss-prevention standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion
- Proven clienteling skills and a demonstrable commercial mindset
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher; additional languages are an advantage
- Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and team collaboration
- Proficiency with Excel and comfortable using boutique IT systems

Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, with a track record of meeting targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail management, fashion, business or a related field is a plus.
