Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and be accountable for personal sales results.
  • Welcome each client and deliver an exemplary, personalised in-store experience consistent with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Support clients across the full product offer and guide purchases with expert product knowledge.
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the boutique team and participate in store initiatives to meet collective objectives.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand, product lines and seasonal collections.
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts, and solve customer issues with composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail or client-facing roles, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and a commercial mindset with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, curiosity and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good command of Excel and comfortable using boutique IT systems and clienteling platforms.
  • Availability to work weekends and adaptability to changing priorities.

Experience

At least 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or leather goods, with demonstrated clienteling and sales achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is desirable but not required.
