Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver best-in-class, personalized service consistent with Maison standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Advise clients across multiple product categories, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through timely follow-up and targeted outreach.
- Represent the brand with impeccable grooming, professional conduct and authoritative product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute to team objectives and daily store operations, supporting store initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable clienteling and consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-oriented with strong emotional intelligence.
- High standards of personal presentation and the ability to embody brand values.
- Adaptable, curious and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in retail, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand environments and demonstrated consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury-sales training is advantageous.
