Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, memorable client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton’s heritage and brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating the House story, product craftsmanship and collection highlights with conviction.
  • Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship-building to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling and targeted outreach.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of visual presentation and personal grooming, and ensure the boutique environment is immaculate and client-ready.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to support store operations, stock replenishment, events and in-store appointments.
  • Participate in training and product education to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand competency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles; luxury retail or 5‑star hospitality experience highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Impeccable presentation and interpersonal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with demonstrable clienteling and relationship-management ability.
  • Digitally literate with comfort using CRM, POS and standard retail digital tools (experience with specific platforms is advantageous).

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments, preferably within luxury retail, five‑star hotels, fine dining, premium airlines or premium real estate.
