Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling and strategic account development.
- Deliver highly personalized service across all product categories, advising clients on fit, function and heritage of the collection.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using the brand’s in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Master and continuously update product and brand knowledge to provide expert advice and curate client experiences.
- Accurately record client interactions, purchase activity and follow-up actions to optimise retention and conversion.
- Collaborate with the store team to share intelligence, contribute to visual standards and support store targets.
- Participate in mandatory training and development programmes to refine selling techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client‑facing experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to client advisory.
- Comfortable using clienteling/CRM tools; aptitude for learning proprietary systems.
- Availability to work a flexible, on‑site part‑time schedule including evenings and weekends.

Experience
