Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives by proactively engaging clients and closing transactions.
- Master and convey exhaustive Brand and product knowledge across all categories to inform and inspire purchasing decisions.
- Advise and guide clients through personalized consultations, tailoring recommendations to their tastes and needs.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems, including after-sales follow-up.
- Deliver exemplary, bespoke client experiences consistent with Louis Vuitton standards and service rituals.
- Contribute to store performance by collaborating with colleagues, supporting merchandising standards, and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing experience, preferably within luxury retail or high-end service environments.
- Proven commercial and sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated professional discretion and ability to represent a luxury brand with cultural sensitivity.
- Flexible availability to work part-time scheduling, including weekends and peak retail periods, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
