Louis Vuitton is hiring a Part-Time Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver personalised luxury retail experiences and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, memorable luxury client experiences that consistently exceed expectations.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, conveying the Louis Vuitton story and product provenance through compelling storytelling and presentation.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Support store performance by contributing to sales targets and KPIs; pursue opportunities for upsell and conversion to benefit from commission structure.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain an elevated store environment, high standards of visual presentation and seamless on-site operations.
Qualifications
- Availability for a minimum 6-month commitment, 3–4 days per week (including 1–2 weekdays and 2 weekend days) and public holidays.
- Client-obsessed mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and engaging with diverse clientele.
- Goal-driven and resilient, able to perform under pressure and meet KPIs.
- Professional presentation, strong teamwork and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- Desirable: prior experience in high-end retail or hospitality, multilingual ability and digital savviness.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Prior experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or other client-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates must commit for at least six months and be available for the specified 3–4 days/week roster including weekends and public holidays.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; further education or vocational training in retail, hospitality or fashion is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
