Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised, high‑touch service to clientele and tailoring the in‑store experience to individual client needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while contributing to a high‑performance retail environment.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive use of in‑house clienteling tools and systems.
- Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients across the maison.
- Record client interactions and follow up on leads and service opportunities to maximise retention and lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a high‑end or luxury environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong commercial awareness with a strategic sales mindset and the ability to develop client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work part‑time shifts in a flagship retail environment (including weekends and peak trading periods).
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury or premium sector, with demonstrated success against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
