Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client receives the Louis Vuitton standard of service.
- Welcome and guide Clients, advising across all product categories and brand touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain long-term Client relationships by proactively engaging and leveraging clienteling tools.
- Drive personal and store sales objectives and be accountable for achieving individual targets.
- Collaborate with the team in-store activities and contribute to overall store performance.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge to inform Client recommendations.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Brand and strong interest in luxury fashion.
- Professional attitude, strong team spirit, responsibility and ownership.
- Fluent English; Dutch language skills are strongly preferred.
- Availability to work evening shifts (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), five days per week.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exemplary service.

Experience
Entry-level role; no extensive professional experience required. Prior retail or client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, sales or luxury brand management is advantageous but not required.
