Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised client service and effective closing techniques.
- Deliver an exceptional, tailored in-store experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise and elevates client perception of the brand.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems to track preferences and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate and maintain expert product knowledge across all categories of the house and advise clients on merchandise selection.
- Collaborate with the store team to optimise floor standards, visual presentation and stock rotation; participate in trainings and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within high-end or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building high-value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished personal presentation.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and major retail periods.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
