Louis Vuitton seeks a Summer Client Advisor in Palma de Mallorca — temporary full-time luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for personal sales results.
- Welcome every client and deliver a tailored, best-in-class luxury experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with expert product knowledge.
- Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and proactive outreach to foster loyalty.
- Contribute to store activities and collaborate as a team player to meet overall store objectives.
- Master brand standards, product ranges and seasonal collections.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Spanish; German or additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, for the summer season.
- Professional disposition with strong client orientation, responsibility and ownership.
- Formal studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience; previous retail, hospitality or luxury experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Higher education in sales, marketing or tourism preferred but not required.
