Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome and provide exceptional client experiences to every customer.
- Advise clients across all brand and product categories.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Participate as a team player in all store activities contributing to overall objectives.
- Master brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in German or other languages is advantageous.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Professional superior studies in sales, marketing, or tourism are valued but not required.
