Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Oslo — full-time on-site role delivering luxury client experiences and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience at every interaction and maintaining exemplary grooming and conduct.
- Proactively develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalised outreach and clienteling tools to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives by identifying client needs, recommending appropriate product solutions, and closing sales.
- Collaborate as a team player in-store, participating in events, stock management, and initiatives that contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain and deepen product and brand knowledge to provide informed, consultative service across leather goods and accessories.
- Comply with company policies, visual standards and store procedures to safeguard the brand and client experience.

- Passion for luxury brands and dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Commercial and proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional demeanour, polished presentation and adherence to brand standards.

- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career. Prior experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent. Vocational training in retail, fashion or client service is beneficial.
