Louis Vuitton in Oslo seeks a Client Advisor (seasonal) — temporary, part-time retail role delivering exceptional client service in Norwegian and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Brand, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise through exemplary customer service and impeccable presentation.
- Proactively engage and develop long-term relationships with clients using clienteling tools and personalised outreach to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Welcome every client, provide tailored product advice and guide purchasing decisions across the collection.
- Contribute as an active team player to store initiatives and daily operations that support overall commercial objectives.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge to inform client interactions.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct, and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury brands and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Commercial and proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional attitude and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail or luxury customer-service experience is advantageous but not required; seasonal or part-time sales experience will be considered a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
