Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton brand promise and values.
- Proactively engage, qualify and advise clients to achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using the maison's clienteling tools and in‑store systems to ensure timely, personalised follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across fashion and leather goods to provide tailored recommendations and answer client enquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a dynamic, service‑driven store environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably within high‑end or luxury retail.
- Proven sales record and a commercial mindset with demonstrable ability to meet individual and team targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence a diverse, international clientele.
- Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
