Louis Vuitton Client Advisor Operations role in Singapore — back-office retail position ensuring store efficiency and client excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of stockrooms and product packaging
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to meet sales floor needs
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to maximize client experience and store efficiency, coordinating with Supply Chain via My Product Request (MPR) system
- Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity, handling repair requests and managing the full repair process and client follow-up
- Manage quality issues and ensure proper resolution of client concerns
- Participate in daily morning briefings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing client traffic management and operational adaptation to client needs
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge in line with Louis Vuitton standards
- Maintain professional grooming and behavior standards consistent with Louis Vuitton brand identity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail, hospitality, or service-related industry
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition
- Strong enthusiasm to learn with demonstrated passion for luxury products and fashion
- Adaptable with a fast-learning capacity and client-centric mentality
- Professional attitude with curiosity and empathy
- Ability to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays
